The LY-HFPL filter cartridge is a new product developed by Lvyuan Water Purification Equipment Co.,Ltd. In Guangzhou, China. It has a 6 inch/152mm large diameters. It is made of 100% polypropylene media. The hard strong cage enables the high water flow filters to undertake a larger operation pressure during filtration process. The large diameter with big filter area insures to reduce the number of filter cartridges and the dimension of housing required. The long service life and high flow rate result in low investment and less manpower in many applications. This kind of LY-HFPL product has various applications on water treatment.

Polypropylene melt blown filter cartridge or PP spun water filter, PP filter, PP filter cartridge is the most widely used filtration consumable products in domestic and industrial water treatment systems. PP melt blown filter cartridges (PPF) are made of 100% pure polypropylene fiber, providing broad wide chemical compatibility.

Melt Blown sediment filter cartridge has strong pollutants holding capacity. It can remove suspended substances, particulate and rust effectively, providing efficient filtration and long service life. It works an important role in the pre-filtration water treatment process.

We can customs-made PP or Nylon melt blown filter cartridges in all dimension (Length, Outer diameter, inner diameter) with 1 layer to more than 3 layers and multi-layers. Special PP/Nylon melt blown cartridge filters with varied specifications like groove, orange peel, pressure point, flat and embossing surface finish or equipped with different DOE or SOE end caps are also available.
